Jessica Hartley-Palmer

Jessica is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience across the NHS and private practice. She specialises in complex musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including post-operative orthopaedics, major and multi-trauma injuries, limb reconstruction, and rheumatological conditions. Jessica qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia and began her clinical career at Cambridge University Hospitals, gaining broad senior experience within a major trauma centre. She has since worked across a range of settings, including major trauma services, musculoskeletal clinics, and small island healthcare environments. This breadth of experience has developed a high level of clinical autonomy and confidence in managing patients with complex and multiple diagnoses.

Alongside her clinical work, Jessica has held roles within leadership teams and multidisciplinary services, contributing to service delivery and development. She is also an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia, supporting the education and development of future physiotherapists. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS).

Jessica is trained in Pilates and integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation into her clinical practice where appropriate, supporting strength, movement quality, confidence, and long-term self-management. Jessica takes a patient-centred approach, grounded in kindness and understanding. She works closely with each individual to understand their goals, using her knowledge, experience, and clinical skills to guide and support meaningful recovery and long-term function.
